蜜香红茶 - MìXiāng HóngChá

This 红茶 - HóngChá (black tea) with characteristic honey notes is made using the endemic cultivar 青心柑仔 - QīngXīnGānZǐ from 三峡 - SānXiá. Mr. 李 - Lǐ's family has been cultivating tea for three generations. He owns two tea gardens in 三峡 - SānXiá, on the outskirts of Taipei, and 南投 - Nántóu, in central 臺灣 - Táiwān. I have known him for ten years, and he has always maintained his dedication and sincerity in tea preparation.
